The hotel is located in a quiet street.
The bathroom did not have proper ventilation, leading to dampness. The room lacked essential amenities, such as a kettle or fridge. Housekeeping was inconsistent, as we often returned to a room without fresh towels or toilet paper.

The staff are friendly and helpful. New design hotel and reasonable price. Location is nearby metro and very convenient for shopping. 8- 10 mins walk to department store. Definitely will stay again on next time to Paris.
Window was covered by scaffolding as under renovation outside the building.

The location was marvellous, near by the Metro and the interior design was modern. What's more, it was really close to tourist spots as well as friendly staff who gave recommendations for local restaurants. We really enjoyed rooms with great beds.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were met with a friendly face, and always had as much help as we needed in planning or booking activities, as well as a lovely chat! They even reminded us of a shuttle to the airport which we had forgotten to sort out. The room was clean and nicely designed, and the large windows were very welcome in the hot weather! Would definitely stay there again.
Small things really. No tea or coffee making facitlites In the room. The lift was a little slow (which didn't really matter) and the breakfast seemed expensive so we ate in cafes. Nothing really that bad.

Awesome location and staff
The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help when we had issues with our key card. Loved the breakfast options in the room-so convenient! Only bummer was the noise at night from other guests. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

I loved staying at the Hotel Icone. The location made it super easy to explore, with the Louvre just a short walk away. My room had a charming balcony, a nice touch for enjoying the Parisian atmosphere. The staff really stood out. They helped me retrieve some belongings left in the room without any hassle. Despite being budget-friendly at about $500 for four nights, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The shower set-up caused a bit of frustration. It was just a hose with no proper fixings or screen. I noticed some areas in need of a refresh, as parts of the hotel felt a bit worn down. If you're looking for a well-located, affordable option that allows you to enjoy the city, this place strikes a decent balance, but be prepared for some quirks.
